• Start Date: 2nd November 2026 • Salary range: £25,614 - £26,016 (Actual starting salary approx. £11,270 for part time / term hours) • Contract: Part time - 20 hours per week over 5 days (term time) • Live On Site Until: Friday 2nd October • Applications Close: Friday 2nd October 2026 @ 12pm (midday) We are looking for a proactive and professional individual to join our team, supporting attendance, assessment, reporting and administrative processes across the school. Working with SIMS and other school systems, you will play an important role in maintaining accurate student information, supporting staff and helping ensure the smooth running of key school services. The role includes supporting our busy reception and office team when required, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role and working as part of a collaborative school community. The Alun School, which is situated twelve miles from the historic city of Chester, is a co-educational comprehensive school with 250 in each year group and a Sixth Form of almost 400 students. Our school offers an extremely supportive environment in which to work. Students are enthusiastic to learn, and care, support and guidance is provided through our strong House system. We have a thriving programme of extra-curricular activities and relationships with parents are very good. All members of staff are very positive about their school and staff turnover is very low.
