With an impressive portfolio of projects across the UK and Europe, the business combines design, project management and in-house joinery manufacturing to deliver high-quality, bespoke interior solutions for some of the country's leading brands and organisations. Due to continued growth, they are now looking for an experienced CNC Operator to join their manufacturing team. The Role As a CNC Operator, you will play a key role within the company's in-house joinery manufacturing operation, producing high-quality bespoke components for a range of exciting interior and fit-out projects. You will be responsible for operating CNC machinery, interpreting drawings and programmes, and ensuring all components are manufactured accurately and to the required quality standards. Key Responsibilities Operating CNC machinery within a busy joinery manufacturing environment Setting and operating CNC routers and associated machinery Reading and interpreting technical drawings and cutting lists Producing bespoke joinery and interior components to a high standard Checking dimensions and quality throughout the manufacturing process Working from CAD drawings and CNC programmes Carrying out basic machine maintenance and reporting any issues Ensuring materials are used efficiently and accurately Working closely with joiners, designers and the wider production team Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment Working to project deadlines while maintaining a high level of attention to detail About You The ideal candidate will have previo
