Bricklayer Location: Merseyside Salary: Up to £31,000 per annum, depending on experience Job Type: Permanent, Full Time Bricklayer Opportunity We are looking for an experienced Bricklayer to join a well-established property maintenance and repairs team working across Merseyside. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled tradesperson who takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship within occupied and void residential properties. The successful candidate will carry out a variety of brickwork repairs and building maintenance tasks, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard while providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Carry out bricklaying works including repairs to walls, structures, and brickwork features. Work from drawings, specifications, and job instructions to complete works to the required standard. Prepare and apply mortar, ensuring correct alignment and positioning of materials. Cut and shape bricks and blocks using appropriate tools and equipment. Undertake repairs to brickwork, blockwork, and other related structures. Maintain safe, clean, and compliant working areas at all times. Accurately complete job records and documentation using PDA or digital systems. Work collaboratively with other trades and operatives. Deliver a high standard of workmanship with a strong focus on first-time fixes. Provide a professional and customer-focused service while working within occupied homes. About You To be considered for this role, you should have: Proven experience as a Bricklayer within repairs and maintenance, construction, or housing environments. Ability to interpret drawings, plans, and specifications. Strong understanding of Health & Safety regulations and best practices.
