Job Description

An opportunity has arisen at Bridgeway federation for a reliable and flexible School Site Manager, who is keen to make a difference and assist with maintaining the premises and grounds to a high standard. Job overview As a key part of our site team, you will lead the compliance and H&S (Site) as well as general site maintenance, using a varied skillset to carry out tasks such as cleaning, refilling consumables, painting and decorating and manual handling, as well as ensuring the site is in a good condition for all to work and learn effectively. You will also be responsible for line managing the site team, ensuring all areas of the site are maintained to a high standard. This a full time (37 hours), all year round role. You may be expected to work split days to cover unlocking and locking the site, this will be discussed at interview. Holidays are not to be taken in term time.
