PSR Solutions are working with a market leading client within the Civil Engineering Sector to recruit a Sales Coordinator to Join their team on a permanent basis. This role with be based in near Stafford. Sales Coordinator Roles and Responsibilities Maintain and manage all sales enquiries, leads, prospects and opportunities within HubSpot, ensuring the CRM system is accurate, up to date and used consistently for recording communications and sales activity. Manage and monitor the sales pipeline, ensuring opportunities are correctly categorised, progressed through each stage and tracked from enquiry to quotation. Produce and review pipeline reports, tracking enquiry status, quotation progress and conversion rates to support internal sales performance monitoring. Take responsibility for coordinating and preparing tender submissions, bid documentation, PQQs (Pre-Qualification Questionnaires) and other pre-tender documentation, ensuring submissions are accurate, professional and completed within required deadlines. Follow up all quotations issued by the estimating team to maximise conversion opportunities and gather client feedback. Liaise with clients and the estimating team to resolve queries or provide revised pricing where required. Record all follow-up activity in HubSpot and report trends relating to lost opportunities or pricing feedback. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within target markets. Proactively monitor relevant procurement and project portals, including Find a Tender Service (FTS), Contracts Finder and other construction/procurement platforms, to identify suitable tender and business opportunities. Research and engage prospective clients to generate new enquiries and quoting opportunities. Build client relationships and maintain a consistent pipeline of new business opportunities.
