Damp and Mould Operative

We are working with a client who is looking to strengthen their existing team by recruiting an experienced Damp & Mould Operative . The successful candidate will have previous experience identifying and treating damp and mould issues within residential properties, carrying out remedial repairs, and providing excellent customer service to tenants. Key duties include: Damp and mould treatment and removal Diagnosing causes of damp, condensation, and mould growth Carrying out repairs including plastering, decorating, and basic maintenance works Working in occupied social housing properties Ensuring all works are completed safely and to a high standard What we're looking for: Proven experience in damp and mould remediation Good all-round maintenance skills Experience working in social housing or residential properties Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Full UK Driving Licence (Van and fuel card provided) This is a great opportunity to join a growing team with a well-established contractor delivering essential housing repairs across Tower Hamlets.
