Our client, a dynamic non-profit organisation based in Holborn, Central London, is seeking an experienced Events & Operations Coordinator to join their busy team for an initial 4-month assignment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support the successful delivery of events and operational activities during a key period.

📍 Location: Holborn, Central London (only a 5-minute walk from Holborn Station)
💰 Hourly Rate: £18 - £21 per hour
🕒 Working Pattern: Full-Time, Office-Based

💼 The Role
As the Events & Operations Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in the planning and delivery of a busy events programme while ensuring that day-to-day operational activities are managed with finesse. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, suppliers, and internal teams to create seamless experiences from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
🎉 Event Coordination

• Coordinate the planning and delivery of both internal and external events.


• Manage event logistics, including venues, suppliers, catering, and attendee communications.


• Prepare event schedules, briefing packs, and necessary documentation.


• Provide on-site event support and adeptly resolve issues as they arise.


• Ensure that all events are delivered on time and to a high standard.

⚙️ Operations Support

• Assist with day-to-day operational and administrative activities.


• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and service providers.


• Maintain event records, tracking documents, and reports.


• Aid in budget monitoring, invoice processing, and expense management.


• Contribute to continuous improvements in processes and ways of working.

🤝 Stakeholder Management

• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.


• Serve as a key point of contact for suppliers, venues, and attendees.


• Communicate confidently with individuals at all levels.


• Deliver a professional and solutions-focused service consistently.
