Housekeeper

We are looking for an experienced, highly organised and discreet House Manager to take overall responsibility for the smooth running of a busy private family home. The House Manager will oversee and coordinate a multicultural household team, ensuring the home operates efficiently and to a consistently high standard. Responsibilities include staff management and scheduling, housekeeping, high-volume laundry and wardrobe care, household supplies and inventory, maintenance and contractors, deliveries, family logistics, travel preparation and guest arrangements. We are looking for someone who is proactive, practical, calm and exceptionally organised, with strong attention to detail and the confidence to manage staff professionally. The right person will anticipate what needs to be done, solve problems independently and create systems that make the household run smoothly without constant supervision. Previous experience managing a large private household, UHNW family, estate or luxury hospitality environment is strongly preferred. Experience managing multiple domestic staff is essential. Excellent references, discretion and a long-term commitment are essential.
