We are seeking reliable, calm and professional individuals to join our friendly team as Exam Invigilators. This is a rewarding opportunity to play an important role in supporting our students during key examination periods. As an Exam Invigilator, you will help ensure that exams run smoothly and fairly, providing a quiet, safe and supportive environment where students can perform at their best. What the role involves Supervising students during examinations in accordance with examination board regulations Distributing and collecting exam papers Ensuring a calm and orderly exam environment Responding appropriately to any issues that arise during exams Full training will be provided, and no prior experience is required. We’re looking for someone who is Reliable, punctual and organised Calm under pressure with a professional manner Confident following instructions and procedures Able to work independently and as part of a team What we offer Flexible, sessional work A supportive and welcoming school environment The chance to make a real difference to students at an important time in their education Applicants should be available to work during the busy GCSE period from mid-May to mid-June and may be called upon throughout the year when other exams take place, typically during November, February, and March. A casual contract means there are no fixed hours/weeks, however, normal working hours will be between 7.30am and 17:00pm. It may be necessary to work out of normal working hours. Safeguarding is a priority for our school. The successful applicant will be subject to appropriate pre-employment checks, including an enhanced DBS check.
