Contract:Term Time only, Permanent Salary:Scale 1 (Pts 3) £25,614 per annum pro rata Actual Salary:£2,973.99 per annum Hours:5 hours per week (1 hour a day; Monday to Friday) Start date: As soon as possible We currently have an exciting opportunity for a committed and enthusiastic Children’s Supervisor (also known as Lunchtime Supervisor). Job overview Children’s Supervisors will help supervise our pupils during their lunch breaks, ensuring a safe, happy and friendly environment. Children’s Supervisors will be aware of and support the implementation of all school policies especially any incidents concerning Safeguarding issues. Key responsibilities: Supervision of pupils in the dining hall, playground, and school premises during the lunch period Promoting positive behaviour and safeguarding the welfare of pupils Supporting a safe, happy, and inclusive environment for all children. The ideal candidate will have: Ability to engage positively with children of all ages Friendly, patient, responsible and a good communicator Able to work as part of a team Commitment to safeguarding and child wellbeing.
