About the Role Teach a small class of pupils
with complex and additional learning needs Plan and deliver high-quality, adapted
lessons tailored to individual needs Create a safe, nurturing and structured learning environment Support pupils’ academic progress, emotional development and independence Work collaboratively with Teaching Assistants, the SENCO and external professionals Monitor, assess and record pupil progress in line with school policies Contribute to behaviour support strategies and individual education plans
