Room Leader - Blagrave Nursery School

36.75 hours per week Monday - Friday 8.15am-4.00pm (x3 days) 8.15am-4:15pm (x1 day) 8.15am-3.45pm (x1 day) with a 30-minute lunch break - Term time only including INSET days - Start date: October 2026 We have an exciting position for a full-time room leader to join our friendly supportive team. Key responsibilities are: Lead the effective day-to-day management of the room, ensuring high standards, compliance and resource management Support the development and performance of staff through mentoring, guidance and training opportunities Promote children’s learning, progress and wellbeing through quality EYFS practise, observation, and inclusive support Build strong partnerships with parents, carers, and external professionals to enhance children’s development and engagement We offer: Supportive governors, staff and families A whole team ethos Opportunities for training and development
