We are seeking a friendly and highly organised Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join our front office team. As the first point of contact for the school, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and professional environment for all visitors, callers, students, and staff. The ideal candidate will be approachable, efficient, and proactive, with excellent interpersonal skills and a calm, positive manner. You will be responsible for ensuring the Front of House operates smoothly, maintaining a tidy and professional appearance at all times, and fostering strong, supportive relationships across the school community.
