Connect provides a bespoke learning package for some Key Stage 4 students with SEMH needs who are unable to access learning in a fully mainstream environment and who would benefit from an adapted curriculum. Students are supported to achieve their full potential academically and emotionally, including reintegrating to mainstream lessons as appropriate, with staff working with other agencies to offer comprehensive support. The role of the HLTA is to work collaboratively with the Connect Lead Teacher to support students to access the curriculum and achieve their full potential in a nurturing and inclusive environment. You will work closely with teachers, families, and the wider pastoral team, offering support, guidance, and professional insight to help ensure positive outcomes for every student.
