Senior Fitness Coach Job description Loughborough Sport Full time and open ended with a shift allowance of 12.5% term time and 5% vacation time Loughborough Sport is seeking an experienced and ambitious full-time Senior Fitness Coach to join the team. This is an exciting opportunity to take a leading role within one of the world’s most recognised sporting environments, combining operational leadership with the opportunity to shape and develop our fitness and personal training services. The successful candidate will lead and develop the Fitness Coach team, driving high standards of coaching, customer engagement and gym floor delivery. A key focus will be the continued development of our newly defined one-to-one coaching and personal training offer, bringing ideas, energy and creativity to how we attract, engage and support customers. We are particularly interested in experienced Personal Trainers who are ready to take the next step in their career, develop other coaches and have a wider impact beyond their own client base. Alongside service development, the role remains firmly grounded in the day-to-day operation of the facilities. The successful candidate will coordinate staff deployment and ensure consistently high standards of customer care, cleanliness, presentation and operational readiness. Strong leadership, excellent communication, reliability, initiative and the confidence to make decisions and drive continual improvement are therefore essential.
