We are currently recruiting for an experienced Legal PA to join the Real Estate team of a leading law firm on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Legal PA with a strong Real Estate background who enjoys working in a busy, collaborative environment. The Role Managing complex diaries and inboxes, prioritising meetings, deadlines and competing demands. Organising internal and external meetings, including rooms, catering, technology, agendas and meeting papers. Arranging complex travel, including flights, accommodation, visas, transfers and detailed itineraries. Managing the end-to-end billing process, including billing reports, draft bills, disbursements, narratives and credit notes. Assisting with client and matter opening, conflict searches, due diligence, electronic filing, file closure and archiving. Requesting Land Registry searches and documents. Supporting deeds management and scheduling. Assisting with bundles, client events, seminars and other ad-hoc projects. Maintaining client and business development information. Producing, formatting and redacting documents to a high standard. About You Must have previous experience supporting a Real Estate team in a law firm. Strong organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and accurate typing, proofreading and document production skills. The ability to work independently while also being a strong team player. A client focused and professional approach. The confidence to take ownership, anticipate requirements and build strong working relationships.
