Investor Relations Assistant

HAIL Partners is working with a leading global private markets investment firm looking for an organised, detail-oriented IR Assistant to join its busy Investor Relations team in London. You'll provide high-level PA support to a senior IR leader whilst supporting on IR related duties for the team. Responsibilities: Manage calendars, travel, and expenses for a senior IR executive Handle correspondence and follow-ups on their behalf Support the wider IR team across UK and US time zones Coordinating global roadshows Build knowledge of the firm's investor base and products to liaise externally with investors Juggle competing priorities under tight deadlines Supporting on fundraising activities Role requirements: 5+ years' experience in private markets Previous Investor Relations experience Outstanding written and verbal communication skills A proactive, "no task too small" attitude and strong attention to detail Comfortable with AI tools to boost efficiency What's on offer: Competitive salary, bonus, and market leading benefits
