Temp HR Coordinator ASAP Start 1 month assignment with possible extension Key Details Role: HR Coordinator Company: Global advisory firm Length: Temporary role – approximately 1 month, with the potential for extension Start: ASAP Hours: 40 hours per week A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Coordinator to join the HR Operations team of a global advisory firm on an immediate-start temporary assignment. This is a busy, detail-focused role supporting an important HR records and compliance project, making it ideal for someone with strong HR administration experience and excellent attention to detail. You'll play a key role in ensuring employee records are accurate, complete and compliant, while supporting a range of HR operational activities. Responsibilities include: Reviewing, organising and digitising UK employee personnel records. Uploading employment documentation into Workday and other HR systems. Auditing employee files and following up on missing documentation. Maintaining audit logs and document inventories. Supporting compliance, GDPR and statutory reporting activities. Assisting with employee leaver administration and HR operational processes. Supporting invoice administration and other HR coordination tasks. We're looking for someone who has: Previous HR administration or HR coordination experience. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong organisational and communication skills. Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel. Experience with Workday or another HR system is desirable. Confidence handling confidential employee information in line with GDPR requirements. This is a great opportunity for someone who is immediately available and looking to gain experience within a global HR Operations team, with the possibility of the assignment being extended.
