Carpenter Location: North of Thames - Havering, Barking & Dagenham, Newham, Hackney, Enfield & Waltham Forest Salary: 38,000 per annum Contract: Permanent Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm We are seeking an experienced Carpenter to carry out reactive repairs within occupied social housing properties. Role includes: Carrying out carpentry and joinery repairs as the primary trade Diagnosing faults and completing repairs efficiently Fitting and repairing doors, frames, locks, kitchens, and other timber-based fixtures Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard Adhering to all health & safety guidelines Providing a professional and customer-focused service What's on offer: Company van & fuel card BYOD allowance ( 20 per month) Requirements: Experience in social housing or residential maintenance Strong carpentry and joinery background Own tools and ability to use a smartphone app A drug and alcohol test will be carried out on the day of induction
