HIU Engineer Location: Covering North London Salary: £40,000 to £45,000 DOE + Call out OTE £60k Hours : Monday-Friday - 40 hours a week + call out (Max 1 in 4) Type: Permanent, Full-Time Are you an experienced HIU Engineer looking for a stable role with consistent, ongoing work and genuine opportunities to progress your career? What You'll Be Doing Installing HIU systems, including associated pipework Carrying out planned maintenance and servicing of HIUs Completing accurate records of work and materials using the company PDA/IT system Diagnosing and resolving issues efficiently and professionally Communicating clearly with clients and property managers regarding job progress and follow-up works Working safely and maintaining high standards of health & safety at all times What We're Looking For NVQ Level 2 Plumbing qualification Full UK Driving Licence Previous HIU engineering experience Experience working within commercial and/or residential properties Social Housing experience is desirable but not essential A professional approach with good communication skills What You'll Get Call-out opportunities OTE £60,000 Ongoing, stable and consistent work Company van + fuel card Company-provided stock 20 days annual leave + bank holidays Full-time, permanent employment Genuine career progression opportunities Supportive and established working environment If you're looking for more than just another engineering job and want long-term stability, consistent work and a clear route to career
