Electrician Norfolk & North Suffolk 39,036 - 45,272 + Company Vehicle + Call Out Payment We're recruiting for a qualified Electrician to join a well-established housing organisation delivering planned electrical works across Norfolk and North Suffolk.This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a permanent position with a strong salary, excellent benefits and genuine career progression. The Role You'll be responsible for carrying out a range of electrical works across occupied and void residential properties, including: Domestic rewires Consumer unit (fuse board) replacements Electrical upgrades Communal lighting rewires and upgrades Testing and inspection works Occasional reactive maintenance and void property repairs You'll work independently, manage your own workload and ensure all work is completed safely and in line with current electrical regulations. What We're Looking For NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation (or equivalent) 18th Edition Wiring Regulations City & Guilds 2391 Inspection & Testing Full UK Driving Licence Experience carrying out domestic electrical installations Strong customer service and communication skills Experience within social housing or property maintenance is desirable but not essential.
