Labourer Required Job Summary Pyramid are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer for a site in , the centre of Oxford. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks that support the daily operations of our site. This role requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work collaboratively with others. The Labourer will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. Responsibilities Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment. Perform general maintenance and cleaning of work areas. Operate basic hand tools and power tools as required. Follow instructions from supervisors and contribute to team efforts. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times. Support skilled tradespeople in their tasks as needed. Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to supervisors promptly. Requirements Previous experience in a labouring role is advantageous but not essential. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment. Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as required.
