Demolition Labourer - Wanted - Immediate Start! Cookham Based Salary: DOE Temporary Full-Time Are you an experienced Demolition Labourer looking for your next opportunity? Regional Recruitment are recruiting for reliable and hardworking Demolition Labourers to join a growing team working on demolition and construction projects. This is a hands-on role suited to individuals who have previous demolition or strip-out experience and can work efficiently while maintaining high standards of health and safety. What's on Offer: Competitive pay (DOE) Immediate start available Ongoing work with the potential for long-term opportunities Supportive management and clear communication of work schedules Opportunity to work with a reputable construction contractor Weekly pay Qualifications Essential: Valid CSCS Card Previous demolition or strip-out experience Full PPE (Hard Hat, Hi-Vis Vest and Safety Boots) Good understanding of health and safety on construction sites Own Transport Desirable: Asbestos Awareness Certificate Manual Handling Certificate Face Fit Certificate UK Driving Licence Roles & Responsibilities Assisting with demolition and soft strip-out works on commercial and residential properties. Removing non-structural materials, fixtures, fittings, partitions, flooring and other building elements as directed. Safely using hand and power tools to carry out demolition and strip-out duties. Breaking down, sorting and loading waste materials into skips and ensuring materials are disposed of correctly. Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment. Following site instructions from supervisors and site managers. Working efficiently to meet project deadlines. Assisting other trades and labourers when required. Adhering to all company and site health and safety procedures. Undertaking any other duties as directed by site management.
