Removing non-structural materials, fixtures, fittings, partitions, flooring and other building elements as directed. Safely using hand and power tools to carry out demolition and strip-out duties. Breaking down, sorting and loading waste materials into skips and ensuring materials are disposed of correctly. Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment. Following site instructions from supervisors and site managers. Working efficiently to meet project deadlines. Assisting other trades and labourers when required. Adhering to all company and site health and safety procedures. Undertaking any other duties as directed by site management.
