We are excited to offer this opportunity for a reliable, professional and attentive Examinations Invigilator to join our team. About the role: As an Examinations Invigilator, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth and secure delivery of examinations and assessments across the College. Working as part of the Exams team, you will be responsible for preparing examination venues, checking attendance, distributing and collecting examination materials, and ensuring that all examinations are conducted in accordance with awarding body regulations and College procedures. You will maintain a professional examination environment, providing clear instructions to students while remaining vigilant and attentive throughout each session. This role requires excellent attention to detail, reliability and the ability to uphold confidentiality at all times. You will have the opportunity to contribute to a positive student experience by creating a calm, supportive and respectful atmosphere during what can be a challenging time for learners. The role involves supervising students during examinations, responding appropriately to any issues that arise and ensuring examinations run fairly and efficiently.
