First Call Education is recruiting SEND teaching assistants, learning support assistants and one-to-one support staff for mainstream and specialist SEND settings across London and the Home Counties, covering EHCP support, small group intervention, and full-time one-to-one placements. SEND TA / LSA — what you'll do Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils with SEND, following EHCP targets where applicable. Support pupils with autism, SEMH, physical or sensory needs with a calm, consistent approach. Work alongside class teachers and the SENCO to implement agreed strategies. Maintain accurate records of pupil progress and behaviour where required. Who we want to hear from Experience supporting pupils with SEND, paid or voluntary. Level 2 or 3 TA qualification, or relevant hands-on experience (autism, SEMH, physical or sensory needs). A calm, consistent approach with pupils who need one-to-one attention. Enhanced DBS check with children's barred list (or willing to obtain one). You must have the existing right to work in the UK. We are unable to offer visa sponsorship.
