Job Description
Olchfa School is looking to appoint a suitably qualified and enthusiastic Behaviour Support Coach to provide proactive, high‑quality behaviour and wellbeing support for pupils across the school. The post holder will deliver targeted interventions, help pupils develop positive relationships and self‑regulation skills, and contribute to a whole‑school culture of high expectations, inclusion and emotional wellbeing. They will work closely with pastoral teams, teachers, parents/carers and external professionals to remove barriers to learning and ensure that all pupils can access a safe, calm and purposeful learning environment.
