Inclusion Co-ordinator

Wolfdale School is an Independent Specialist School with multiple sites in Leicestershire. Our provision is for young people with an Education Health and Care Plan and those with a diagnosis including Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD), Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder, Anxiety, and Social Emotional Mental Health. About the role We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic inclusion co-ordinator to join our supportive team at Wolfdale, a nurturing and inclusive school committed to supporting every child to thrive. In this vital role you will work as a point of contact for students that are struggling within the classroom setting to help them re-engage and potentially do reflection work on a 1:1 basis. Alongside your engagement with students, you will have a passion for analysing data to identify trends and proactively reduce incidents. Key Responsibilities: Build positive, trusting relationships with students to support pupil wellbeing, attendance, and engagement. Ability to pull, sort, analyse and act on available data. Work with staff, parents/carers and outside agencies to provide early help and coordinated support. Support staff in the understanding of student needs, through EHCP knowledge and personal plan awareness. The ideal candidate will have: Experience working with children, ideally in a pastoral capacity. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a non-judgmental and empathetic approach.
