Wolfdale School is an Independent Specialist School with multiple sites in Leicestershire. Our provision is for young people with an Education Health and Care Plan and those with a diagnosis including Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD), Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder, Anxiety, and Social Emotional Mental Health. About the role We are seeking a detail orientated and conscientious Data, Exams and Admissions Co-ordinator to join our supportive team at Wolfdale, a nurturing and inclusive school committed to supporting every child to thrive. In this vital role you will lead on our admissions administration, source and cascade required data and be the main point of contact for exams control. Key Responsibilities: • Assist in the provision of a full examinations service to the school according to the requirements of the relevant Awarding Bodies and to ensure that external examination rules and regulations are meticulously followed • Ensure accurate registration of both students and qualifications before Awarding body deadlines, including notifying staff of deadlines • To work with the curriculum and inclusion team the arrangements of and administration for all special considerations, reasonable adjustments, and access arrangements with awarding bodies. • Expectation of supporting induction training for new staff, specifically related to the MIS systems, GDPR training and potentially invigilator training • Ensure compliance with school is meeting GPDR compliance and data protection requirements • Lead in school audits – liaising with stakeholders and partners • Effective capturing of school data including attendance, inclusion, safeguarding; this is not exhaustive list and other area may need to be captured • Management of new student data and student leavers • Collaborating with external providers.
