🕒 Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm
📅 8-Week Temporary Assignment

Office Angels are recruiting on behalf of a professional private sector organisation for an experienced Personal Assistant to provide high-level support to senior Partners.

This is an urgent requirement with an immediate start available on Monday.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complex diary and calendar management


• Organising meetings and appointments


• Managing correspondence and emails


• Preparing documents, reports and presentations


• Supporting Partners with day-to-day administrative tasks


• Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

The ideal candidate will have: ✅ Previous PA experience supporting senior leaders or Partners
✅ Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
✅ Strong communication skills
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office
✅ A professional, confidential and proactive approach
✅ Availability to commit to the full 8-week assignment
