A wonderful UHNW family based in the stunning Alpine town of Bad Ragaz is seeking a dedicated, experienced permanent nanny to care for their 1.5-year-old child. This is a unique opportunity to focus entirely on what you do best — nurturing early childhood development — in a beautifully supported, distraction-free environment. About the Role: This position is exclusively child-focused: no cleaning, no cooking, no household duties. Your sole responsibility is the child's safety, development, and enriching daily experience, with all teaching materials and educational resources provided by the family. What We're Looking For: Fluent in Russian and English Flexible and willing to travel with the family Solid experience with children aged 1–3 years Strong knowledge of early childhood development — physiological, psychological, and speech milestones Ability to design and deliver a structured, age-appropriate development plan covering sensory skills, speech, motor skills, emotional growth, and play A repertoire of songs, nursery rhymes, lullabies, and games to support speech and auditory development Familiarity with modern developmental approaches, including attachment theory and natural child development principles, is a strong plus Your Day-to-Day: Full-time care and safety of the child Maintaining routine, diet, and daily rituals Delivering age-appropriate developmental activities tailored to the child's individual needs Planning and leading weekly educational sessions Supporting speech, sensory, motor, and emotional development Organizing outdoor play and walks Providing warm, engaged, high-quality interaction throughout the day The Offer: Long-term position on a 2 months on / 2 months off rotational schedule Fully official employment 100% focus on the child — no household responsibilities A supportive family environment, with the mother actively involved and present during the day All educational tools and materials provided If you're a passionate early-years specialist looking for a role where you can dedicate yourself fully to a child's growth and development, I'd love to hear from you.
