Due to continued growth within our Construction Department, we are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Lecturer in Electrical Installation to join our team and help shape the future workforce of the electrical industry. The Role As a Lecturer in Electrical Installation, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and high-quality teaching, learning and assessment across Electrical Installation programmes. You will support learners to achieve their qualifications while developing the practical and employability skills required by employers. Key Responsibilities Deliver outstanding teaching, learning and assessment across Electrical Installation programmes. Plan, prepare and deliver lessons that meet curriculum and awarding body requirements. Support, motivate and inspire learners to achieve their full potential. Assess learner work and provide constructive feedback. Monitor attendance, progression and achievement. Maintain accurate records and contribute to quality assurance processes. Promote safe working practices within workshop and classroom environments. Participate in curriculum development and continuous improvement activities. Build positive relationships with learners, employers and colleagues. What We're Looking For Relevant Level 3 or above qualification in Electrical Installation. Industry experience within the electrical sector. Teaching qualification or willingness to work towards one. Strong practical and theoretical knowledge of Electrical Installation. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Passion for education and developing future industry professionals. Commitment to safeguarding and promoting learner success.
