We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Lecturer in Plumbing to join our Construction team and inspire learners to achieve their full potential. The Role As a Lecturer in Plumbing, you will deliver engaging teaching and practical training to learners studying Plumbing qualifications. You will play a key role in supporting learners' personal and professional development while ensuring high standards of teaching, learning and assessment. Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality Plumbing teaching and practical workshop sessions. Plan lessons and learning activities that engage and challenge learners. Assess learner achievement and provide timely developmental feedback. Monitor and support learner progress, attendance and retention. Ensure teaching remains current with industry standards and practices. Promote health and safety within workshop environments. Contribute to curriculum planning, development and quality improvement initiatives. Support learners in developing employability skills and progression opportunities. Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve departmental objectives. What We're Looking For Relevant Plumbing qualification at Level 3 or above. Recent industry experience within the Plumbing sector. Teaching qualification or willingness to obtain one. Strong practical and technical knowledge. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
