Maintenance Operative Permanent | £28,860 | Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm or 9am to 5pm Company Vehicle Provided Full UK Driving Licence Required Immediate Start Are you an experienced Maintenance Operative, Facilities Assistant, Handyperson or Field Service Technician looking for a varied, hands-on role? We are looking for a practical and reliable Maintenance Operative to carry out planned and reactive maintenance across a range of outdoor installations throughout the South East. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working independently and travelling between sites. The Role You will be responsible for maintaining, repairing and servicing a range of installed products and infrastructure, ensuring they remain safe, secure and fully operational for customers. Duties will include: Planned and reactive maintenance across multiple sites Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs Basic mechanical repairs and adjustments Site inspections and safety checks Preparing and managing tools, materials and spare parts Completing maintenance records and reports Supporting installation and relocation projects when required Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard We're Looking For: Previous experience in a maintenance, facilities, property maintenance, field service or handyman role Good practical skills with hand and power tools Experience carrying out repairs and fault-finding Able to work independently and manage your own workload Comfortable travelling to different locations daily Strong understanding of health and safety Full UK driving licence What's on Offer?
