What's on Offer Full-Time Permanent position Monday to Friday; fully office based Hours: 9:00am to 5:30pm based on 37.5 hours per week Location: BD14 Bradford Salary on offer : £29,000 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays Company pension scheme Healthcare provision Stable and growing business environment Varied role with exposure to multiple areas of finance Friendly and supportive team On-site parking Key Responsibilities Posting and reconciling customer payments Managing customer account queries and maintaining accurate records Processing refunds, credit notes, and payment releases Supporting credit control and chasing outstanding payments Managing the accounts inbox and responding to supplier and customer enquiries Processing purchase ledger invoices and reconciling supplier statements Matching invoices against GRNs and resolving discrepancies Processing overhead invoices and obtaining approvals Assisting with cashbook postings, cash flow updates, and month-end tasks Providing support across the wider finance team when required What We're Looking For AAT Qualified (Level 3 or above) Previous experience in an Accounts Assistant or Finance Assistant position Strong understanding of sales and purchase ledger processes Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Confident using Microsoft Excel and finance systems A proactive and team-focused approach This isn't a role where you'll be pigeonholed into one area of finance.
