Ready to bring your organisational skills to a fast-paced Fund Formation practice? A top international law firm is looking for a Team PA to become the go-to right hand for its partners and fee earners. This is a genuinely varied Team PA role. You will be the first point of contact for a busy team of partners and fee earners within a leading Fund Formation & Sponsor Solutions group, taking ownership of complex diaries, inboxes and travel, running the end-to-end billing process, and getting properly involved in client relationships and BD. You will be joining a wider PA team structure, working alongside a Senior Team PA and two Junior Team PAs, so there is real support and progression on offer, plus genuine investment in your development. What you will be doing Acting as first point of contact and providing tailored support to partners and fee earners Managing complex diaries, inboxes and meeting logistics Arranging complex travel, including visas, flights and accommodation Leading end-to-end billing, from draft bills to credit notes Supporting the collections process and managing expenses and disbursements Handling matter opening, conflict checks and file management Managing contacts and BD activity through InterAction Overseeing document production, formatting and redaction work Getting involved in ad-hoc projects, bundles and client events What they are looking for Around four years' PA experience in a law firm or professional services environment Secretarial qualifications desirable but not essential Strong Microsoft Office skills, sharp attention to detail and confident numeracy A proactive, adaptable, self-starting approach A team player who is also comfortable owning their own workload Salary £41,000.
