Live-in Pub Management Couple / Tenants – The Village Swan

Experienced Couple Wanted to Run a Charming Village Pub. We are looking for an enthusiastic, personable and hands-on tenant(s) to take on the tenancy and run and develop a small, traditional village pub in the heart of the local community. This is an exciting opportunity for those who enjoy hospitality, meeting people and creating a welcoming atmosphere where locals and visitors alike feel at home. The pub has a strong community feel and offers the opportunity to build on its existing reputation while putting your own personality, ideas and entrepreneurial approach into the business. The successful applicant(s) will enter into a formal tenancy agreement for the pub and will be responsible for the day-to-day operation and development of the business. Importantly, the pub managers/tenants will retain all profits generated by the business, after payment of the agreed rent and insurance costs in accordance with the terms of the tenancy agreement.
