What you’ll be doing: As a Cleaning Team Leader , you will lead and motivate an evening cleaning team of up to 12 colleagues, ensuring the delivery of an outstanding, customer-focused cleaning service that adapts to the changing needs of our client. Working closely with the Evening Supervisor, you will help maintain the exceptional standards already achieved while continually identifying opportunities to improve service delivery and efficiency. Your responsibilities will include: Leading, supporting and motivating the cleaning team to deliver high-quality results. Carrying out daily quality checks to ensure cleaning standards are consistently met. Providing excellent customer service and acting as a key point of contact on site. Training and coaching team members on new cleaning techniques, products and equipment. Ensuring all cleaning tasks are completed to the highest standards and in line with client expectations. Reporting maintenance issues and site concerns to the Evening Supervisor. Safely using cleaning equipment, machinery and materials (full training provided). Replenishing consumables including soap, paper towels, toilet tissue and bin liners. Managing waste disposal and ensuring recycling procedures are followed correctly. Promoting and maintaining high standards of health and safety at all times. Supporting a positive team culture that encourages colleagues to go the extra mile. We require all of our employees have a basic level of spoken English.  This is for communication on safety, and your confidence communicating with members of the public and the management team at our client’s site.
