About The Role We are seeking an experienced Plumber Multi-Trade Operative to undertake plumbing, maintenance and associated multi-trade works across assigned properties throughout London and Kent. You will be responsible for completing works safely, efficiently and to a high standard, ensuring all works meet programme requirements, quality standards and client specifications. Working closely with the wider delivery team, Plumber Multi-Trade Operative you will take responsibility for completing planned and reactive works, identifying defects, carrying out repairs and supporting wider property maintenance and refurbishment activities where required. As a skilled site-based operative, you will be accountable for the quality of your workmanship, health & safety, housekeeping and professional conduct when working in occupied properties. Your role will be key in ensuring works are completed right-first-time and with minimal disruption to residents. Hours: 40 hours per week. Overtime as required Location: London/Kent Key Responsibilities Carry out plumbing repairs, maintenance and installation works across residential properties Undertake associated multi-trade works as required to support the wider delivery programme Diagnose faults and identify appropriate repair or remedial solutions Complete works in accordance with drawings, specifications, manufacturer guidance and agreed standards Ensure all works are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard Maintain a clean, safe and professional working environment Complete all required documentation, job sheets, photographs and completion records accurately Identify and report defects, additional works, access issues or other risks to the relevant manager Work effectively within occupied homes, maintaining respectful conduct and minimising disruption to residents Ensure materials, tools and equipment are stored, handled and used correctly Comply with RAMS, site rules, healt
