Job Description

Job Title: Electrical Improver IP CCTV Location: London, UK Contract Length: 6 Months Rate: £180 per day About the Role We are currently looking for experienced Electrical Improvers with IP CCTV experience for a 6-month contract working across multiple sites in London. The role will involve supporting the installation of IP CCTV systems, including containment, cabling, device installation and associated electrical works within commercial environments. Key Responsibilities Installation of containment, including tray, basket, trunking and conduit Installation of cabling for IP CCTV systems Mounting and installation of CCTV cameras and associated equipment Cat6/Cat6a cable installation and termination Assisting with electrical installation works as required Working from drawings, schematics and site plans Labelling and documenting installed cabling and equipment Supporting testing and fault finding Ensuring installations are completed to a high standard Working safely and in accordance with site health & safety requirements Requirements Previous experience working as an Electrical Improver Hands-on experience installing IP CCTV systems Good understanding of containment and cable installation Experience with Cat6/Cat6a cabling Comfortable mounting and installing CCTV cameras Ability to read and work from drawings Own tools and full PPE Valid ECS/CSCS card IPAF advantageous Ability to work independently and as part of an installation team What s on Offer £180 per day 6-month contract Consistent work across London Immediate start available Opportunity for further contracts Apply Now If you are an Electrical Improver with IP CCTV installation experience and are available for a long-term contract in London, apply today with your CV or get in touch directly.
