Concrete Repair Operative 16- 18 + Door to Door + Overtime + Training + Bonus Swindon Are you a Construction Operative, Concrete Repair Operative or similar looking for a full-time, stable, hands-on role where you can develop your skills, receive training and work across a range of water infrastructure projects? On offer is the opportunity to join an established contractor working across the water and civil engineering sectors. The company delivers specialist works across water infrastructure projects, with a strong focus on quality, safety and developing its workforce. The role will involve a range of hands-on duties including concrete repair, resin injection, waterproofing, protective coatings, jet washing and cleaning water assets. There will also be opportunities to work in confined spaces and on different sites across the Wessex Water and Thames Water regions. This role is ideal for someone with experience in groundworks, construction, concrete repair or general site work who is looking for a long-term opportunity with overtime, training and the chance to develop within the water industry. The Role: Carrying out concrete repairs, resin injection and trowel-applied works Applying waterproofing and protective coatings using spray and hand-applied methods Cleaning, jet washing and maintaining clean and wastewater treatment assets General operative and maintenance duties across water infrastructure projects The Person: Experience in groundworks, construction, concrete repair, maintenance or similar Comfortable carrying out hands-on work in a site-based environment Willing to work in confined spaces and clean or wastewater environments Based within a commutable distance of Swindon and willing to travel and work away when required Reference:BBBH27193A We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applications from all suitable candidates.
