About us Our school is a Community Primary School with a Nursery attached. We have a strong and supportive Board of Governors, which includes representatives of the Vale of Glamorgan Council, parents, the local community and staff. We set very high standards across the school and offer a broad range of experiences and opportunities for our pupils. Our school is fortunate to be located in a lovely rural setting, surrounded by farmland, countryside and the coast. We serve the local village and MOD base at St Athan. About the role Pay Details: SCP 8 (Level 3) £27,709 - £29,524 pro rata / £14.36 - £15.31 p/h Hours of Work / Weeks per year / Working Pattern: 30 Hours per week / 39 weeks per year/ daily during term time (subject to change depending on the needs of the school) Main Place of Work: St Athan Primary School Description: To support individuals and groups of pupils to enable access to learning, this could include those requiring detailed and specialist knowledge in specific areas or personal care. To work under the guidance of teaching and/ or the school leadership team and within an agreed system of supervision contributing to the teachers planning cycle to ensure all pupils have equal access to learning.
