M&E Technician (Electrical Bias) Greater London - Lewisham 48,905 - 4 on 4 off shifts (Days) Brief M&E Technician needed for a large, well-known Facilities Management organisation based in Lewisham who are looking to employ an experienced and well-rounded M&E Technician that takes pride in their work. The successful candidate must have a relevant qualification - NCQ Level 3 / Level 3 diploma and hold a technical certificate, advanced apprenticeship, or older qualifications such as C&G part 2/ part B etc. and have a keen interest in M&E Engineering. If you have commercial experience in a hospital environment that would be a plus! This is very much a hands on technical role requiring strong electrical & mechanical competence and a solid understanding of mechanical building services within a healthcare environment.
