Driver Labourer

Your new company Location: Sefton Contract: Temporary (2-3 Months) Start Date: Immediate Start Available Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm (1-hour unpaid lunch break) We are currently recruiting for an experienced Driver Labourer to join a busy housing team in Sefton on a temporary contract for an initial 2-3 month period. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and hardworking individual with experience working in social housing, construction, grounds maintenance, or property services. Your new role As a Driver Labourer, your duties will include: Driving a company vehicle between housing estates and work locations Assisting with property and estate maintenance works Carrying out general labouring duties as required Completing minor repairs and basic maintenance tasks Supporting internal and external painting and decorating works Conducting litter picks across estates and communal areas Removing rubbish, fly-tipping, and bulky waste items Assisting with clear landing procedures Helping to maintain clean, safe, and well-presented communal areas What you'll need to succeed Previous experience as a Driver Labourer, Labourer, Estate Operative, Caretaker, Grounds Maintenance Operative, or similar role Experience working in social housing, construction, facilities management, or property maintenance environments Ability to carry out manual handling and physically demanding work Good understanding of health and safety procedures Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Full UK Driving Licence What you'll get in return Immediate start available 2-3 month temporary contract Regular daytime hours Opportunity to work with a well-established housing organisation Weekly pay through a leading recruitment agency What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
