Job Description
Daily jobs will include; Mucking out Turning out/bringing in Tack cleaning Tacking up Feeding Filling hay nets Clipping/pulling/plaiting/trimming Bathing Rug changing Exercising horses from the ground (lunging and long reining) Holding for vet/farrier/dentist/physio Riding for the right candidate Learning about rehabilitation and helping with horses undergoing rehabilitation Accommodation is not provided with this apprenticeship. Applicants will need to have suitable arrangements in place to travel to and from the yard. Working Hours Exact hours will be discussed during the recruitment process. If working part time it will be 2–4 hours each morning, Monday to Saturday and 2–3 hours on Monday evening.
