Staff Nurse - Medical Surgical Ward

Our Medical & Surgical Ward is a 14-bed inpatient ward, caring for patients with a variety of acute and complex medical conditions including general medical, respiratory, renal and heart failure.
As a Staff Nurse in the Medical & Surgical Ward , you'll deliver safe, high-quality nursing care to patients throughout their inpatient journey. You'll work collaboratively with consultants and multidisciplinary teams to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care, ensuring every patient receives a seamless and compassionate experience. You'll support patients with acute medical needs, post-operative recovery, admissions and discharges, while maintaining the highest standards of patient safety, dignity and clinical excellence.

What you'll bring:
- Registered Nurse with a valid NMC registration.
- Must have previous post registration experience working within an A cute Medical and Surgical Ward environment.
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
- Experience caring for post-operative patients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritise workload and work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to delivering outstanding patient-centred care.
