💷Hourly rate: £12.80ph
⏰Working hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
Responsibilities:
Our client is seeking a dynamic and professional Receptionist to join their vibrant team in Wymondham! This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who enjoys being the first point of contact and thrives in a busy environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing incoming calls with a friendly and professional demeanour 📞
- Handling post and deliveries efficiently 📦
- Performing various administrative tasks to support the team 📋
- Maintaining office tidiness and ensuring the kitchen area is well-kept 🍽️
What we are looking for:
- Someone who is immediately available
- Excellent communication skills
- Someone who has worked in a reception or administration role within an office setting before
