Full-Time Nanny for 3-Month-Old Girl in Accra, Ghana + International Travel From £7,800 / month | Full-time live-in, 6 days per week | Start mid-October 2026 Ref: FN7068 EED is delighted to be representing a private family based in Accra, Ghana, with regular travel to Dubai, Monaco, and London, seeking an experienced, professional nanny for their first child—a baby girl currently 3 months old. This is full-time care for a young baby, based initially and primarily in Ghana for the next 6 months to a year, with full international travel flexibility required, including regular trips to Dubai, Monaco, and London. The family already employs two nannies in London and will have one additional local support nanny in Ghana, so this role works as part of a small, established team rather than sole-charge in isolation. The schedule runs on a 6-day week of 12-hour shifts, balanced between day and night cover with the second nanny in Ghana. English is the family’s primary language at home. Accommodation in Accra includes a residence for the family and a neighbouring two-bedroom apartment for the nannies to share. Food and transport are provided by the family throughout. Key Responsibilities: Providing full-time, expert care for a 3-month-old baby girl Establishing and maintaining a consistent feeding, sleep and daily routine Managing all aspects of infant care — feeding, winding, settling, nappy changes and bathing Supporting the baby’s development through age-appropriate stimulation and play Working collaboratively with the second Ghana-based nanny on a rotating day/night shift pattern Coordinating with the London-based nanny team during travel periods Travelling internationally with the family at short notice — Dubai, Monaco and London Communicating openly with the parents about the baby’s progress and wellbeing Maintaining thorough handover notes for continuity across shifts Candidate Requirements: Strong, professional newborn care qualifications and experience essential Highly experienced with newborns specifically — recent, verifiable placements Professional, trustworthy and discreet Active, positive energy — genuinely comfortable working as part of a small nanny team on a rotating shift pattern Willing and able to travel at short notice as the family’s schedule requires Comfortable relocating internationally and committing to an extended, up-to-one-year assignment Valid passport and eligible to obtain the necessary visas / work permits for Ghana and any additional countries travelled to (sponsored by the family) Full medical clearance / screening required prior to start Paediatric First Aid certification essential Excellent, verifiable references Fluent English speaker The Offer: Salary: from £7,800 per month Schedule: 6 days per week, 12-hour shifts, rotating day/night, balanced with a second nanny Up to 1-year initial contract Accommodation provided — shared 2-bed apartment near the family residence Food and transport included 6 weeks’ paid annual holi
