About the role At Knebworth, we are an inclusive school with a strong committed team. Our ideal candidate is someone who is nurturing, calm and dependable and who will reinforce pro-social behaviour and support pupils to make safe choices. They will provide a high standard of targeted support to the children they work with in class to support them to be successful. We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with students to develop pro-social behaviours and self-regulation. Experience of working within a similar role is desirable but training will be provided for the right candidate. Full and Part Time options will be considered.
