and values. Commitment to school safeguarding policies Enhanced DBS check clearance DESIRABLE Experience supporting children with SEND
(e.g., ASD, ADHD, SEMH) Delivering specific interventions (e.g.,
phonics, speech & language)
• Working 1:1 with high-needs EHCP funding Behaviour management and de-escalation skills Recent, Safeguarding / Child Protection
training
