Supervisory Assistant Level 1

We are looking for a colleague who has: Proven ability to safeguard children, build positive relationships, and handle challenging behaviours with emotional resilience. Strong interpersonal skills to work as part of a supportive team and a flexible approach to meet changing daily requirements. Experience working in a similar role in a school setting. Ability to deal well with minor incidents, first aid and the personal health and hygiene of pupils.
